• 3 ripe avocados, stone removed
  • 1 bunch of coriander, chopped
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1 spring onion, sliced
  • 1-2 small red chilies, seeds removed and finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Place all of the ingredients except a small amount of coriander in a blender and blitz. Spoon into a bowl and top with the leftover coriander.

Makes a great starter with homemade wholemeal tortilla chips 🙂
